Welcome

The Law Office of Goranson, Parker & Bella is located in downtown Toledo, Ohio.  The firm was established in 2002 by members of two law firms with extensive family history in the law. Roger and Jim Goranson practiced with their father Henry for 16 and 14 years respectively.  Henry, originally admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1940, practiced until his retirement from the profession in 1992.  Johna Bella and Chris Parker practiced for 15 and 18 years respectively with with David M. Schnorf in the Law Offices of Schnorf & Schnorf, a firm originally started by David's father, Brandon Schnorf, Sr. Gretchen, Roger's daughter and Jim's niece, joined the firm in 2003 continuing the family commitment to the profession.  The members of Goranson, Parker & Bella bring the same family loyalty and care to each of their clients.

With profound sadness, we regret to announce that a cherished member of the family, Jim Goranson, lost a courageous 5 1/2 year fight with cancer in June, 2010.  Jim lived life to the fullest.  Jim's smile, his sense of humor and his professionalism will be missed.
